About the Role
Truckora is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure that our customers get maximum value from our platform. You will guide clients through onboarding, provide strategic support, and proactively help them optimize their truck booking operations to drive retention and growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer onboarding and provide comprehensive product training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise client inquiries
- Analyze customer usage patterns and suggest optimization strategies
- Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product development
- Build strong relationships to drive retention and reduce churn
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
