About the Role
As Fleet Operations Manager, you will oversee Truckora's entire vehicle fleet operations, ensuring high availability, efficiency, and safety standards. You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with drivers, and implement operational improvements that directly impact the reliability of our service.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize fleet operations across multiple regions
- Schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate driver assignments and optimize delivery routes
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Implement operational policies to improve efficiency and safety
- Manage fleet budget, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance costs
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in logistics, transportation, or fleet management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with team management experience
- Data-driven approach to optimizing operations
- Experience with fleet management software and telematics
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
